· Causes: Loose power cord, outlet without power, blown fuse, burned out light bulb
· Solution: Replace the socket test; reseat the power cord; replace the fuse of the same specification; replace the bulb and do not touch the bulb glass with your bare hands (grease on the hand will shorten the life)
· Cause: The objective is not stuck in place; the optical path switch lever (trinocular head) is cut to the camera end; the field of view diaphragm/aperture diaphragm is completely closed; the lens protection cover is not removed; the sample is not aligned with the through hole
· Resolution: Rotating objective converter hears "click" lock; switches optical path lever to eyepiece; opens aperture; removes protective cover; sample moves to center of through hole
· Causes: Light diaphragm opening too small; condenser position too low; bulb aging; lens ash build-up; metallographic/fluorescent incorrect selection of other filters
· Solution: Moderately open the large aperture diaphragm and the field of view diaphragm; raise the condenser; clean the optical lens; replace the bulb; switch back to the bright field filter
· Reason: Field of view aperture is too small; condenser is not aligned; objective is not fully turned into the light path; eyepiece tube is not in place
· Solution: Open the aperture of the large field of view and do the center calibration of the condenser; make sure the objective is clamped tightly; reinstall the eyepiece tube
· Causes: ① Dirty lenses (eyepiece/objective/condenser); ② Reversed slides (specimen facing downward); ③ Wrong cover glass thickness (standard 0.17 mm); ④ Oil glasses are not oiled or soaked with bubbles; ⑤ Sample is too thick/uneven; ⑥ Defocus deviation of objective
· Solution: Low magnification mirror first; wipe the mirror paper to clean the lens; flip the slide; replace the standard cover glass; fill the oil glass with no bubble oil; sample grind flat; fine adjust the focus after switching the objective
· Causes: Dirty objective; sample flipped; cover glass too thick; poor focusing of objective; high-power objective too close to sample
· Solution: Clean the high-power objective; check the slide orientation; replace the standard cover glass; turn high after the low-power focus is completed; carefully adjust to prevent crushing the slide and damaging the objective
· Cause: sample surface unevenness; stage tilt; condenser offset center; objective tilt not locked
· Resolution: Sample leveling and compression; calibration stage leveling; condenser alignment; relocking objective converter
· Cause: Coarse adjustment tension ring is too loose, insufficient friction
· Solution: tighten the tension adjustment ring on the coarse adjustment handwheel; if the internal gear is worn and the idle distance is large, it is necessary to return to the factory to repair the Leica microscope system...
Judgment method: Rotate the eyepiece, the black dot follows the rotation = the eyepiece is dirty; the black dot does not move = the objective/spotlight mirror is dirty
· Cause: Dust, fingerprints, grease on eyepieces, objectives, condenser lenses
· Solution: Blow dust with an earwash ball; gently wipe the surface of the lens with a small amount of optical cleaning liquid; do not wipe the optical surface outside the Viewing tube shell in a large area
· Cause: dirty slides, coverslips, sample surfaces
· Resolution: Clean the slides and prepare the sample again
· Causes: Pupil distance is not adjusted properly; refraction of eyepieces is not calibrated; magnification of two eyepieces is inconsistent; single eyepiece lens is dirty
· Solution: Adjust the pupil spacing of the binoculars; focus on one eye first, then adjust the diopter of the other eyepiece separately; use a pair of eyepieces of the same specification; clean the eyepiece Leica microscope system...
· Reason: The optical path lever is not completely cut to the camera; the camera interface lens is dirty; the camera focus is independent and needs to be adjusted separately; the camera exposure parameters are not appropriate
· Solution: Switch the light path to the camera end; clean the camera interface lens; adjust the camera focus; adjust the exposure, gain
· Cause: light source strobe; camera frame rate mismatch with light source; power interference
· Solution: Replace the DC stroboscopic light source; modify the camera acquisition frame rate; increase the shielding of the power supply
· Reason: the tension ring is too tight; the guide rail is lacking in oil and dust; the gear foreign matter is stuck
· Solution: Loosen the tension adjustment ring; clean the guide rail, and the professional fills the grease of the optical instrument; clean the foreign matter
· Cause: Ash accumulation on guide rails, sample debris falling in; locking wrench not loosened
· Solution: Loosen the stage lock; clean the rail debris; a small amount of lubrication; serious wear and tear needs to be repaired
· Cause: The aperture diaphragm is too large; the sample is polished, scratched, and corroded insufficiently; the objective lens is dirty; the light source filament is not aligned
· Resolution: Reduced aperture aperture aperture to improve contrast; resampling; cleaning objective; filament alignment calibration
· Reason: wrong excitation block selection; excitation light source aging; filter contamination; sample fluorescence quenching; optical path not switched to fluorescence
· Solution: Replace matching excitation filter; replace light source; clean filter; avoid light in sample; switch light path to fluorescent mode
1. Clean and soak the oil immediately after use of the oil lens, long-term residue will corrode the objective lens coating
2. All optical lenses are prohibited from dry rubbing. First blow off large particles of dust with an ear washing ball to prevent scratching the coating.
3. When not in use for a long time, cover the dust cover, store in a dry, non-corrosive gas environment, and prevent mildew
4. If the gear is worn, the internal guide rail is damaged, or the coating is scratched, do not disassemble it yourself, contact the manufacturer for maintenance or repair of the instrument card ink optical instrument.
Troubleshooting principle: first power supply/light path, then sample, rear lens, and finally mechanical; only use lens wiping paper + special cleaning solution to clean the lens, and prohibit ordinary paper towels, fingers, and acetone.
