| Main characteristics | The machine has large torque, low noise, stable operation and compact structure. The operating accuracy of the spindle is high, and the horizontal feed position of the processed sample can be fine-tuned. Equipped with a two-dimensional fixture, the processed sample can be positioned and cut at an optimal angle. The machine can be equipped with saw blades of various materials (such as sintered diamond saw blades, electroplated diamond saw blades, corundum saw blades, silicon carbide saw blades, cubic boron nitride saw blades) to meet the cutting needs of different materials. There is a cooling water box under the saw blade, which uses the rotation of the saw blade to bring the coolant in the box to the sample, and take away the heat generated during the cutting process in time, so as to avoid the sample from heating and changing its tissue. In addition, the machine is equipped with a positioning device for unattended cutting. The difference from the SYJ-150 is that the machine displays micrometers as standard, and a saw blade with an outer diameter of 150mm can be used for larger sample cuts. |

| Notes | 1. During the cutting process, it is necessary to use a cutting fluid equipped with cooling powder, or a rust inhibitor, emulsion and other anti-corrosive liquids to avoid direct water cooling, so as to avoid corrosion of the equipment. 2. When stopping the machine, turn down the power switch before removing the sample. 3. When starting, first ensure that the sample is fixed and firmly clamped, and adjust the speed adjustment knob to zero counterclockwise, then turn on the switch, and then adjust the high speed. 4. After each use, clean and protect the fixture and saw blade, blow dry it and do oiling and rust-proofing treatment. 5. To prevent oxidation or pollution of the sample cutting surface, the equipment can be placed in a nitrogen-filled glove box (except argon filling). |
